Jangala is a connected marketplace platform operated by Jangala International.

Jangala is designed to help users Buy, Sell, Find, Hire, Explore and Connect through marketplace listings, advertisements, services, jobs, vehicles, properties, businesses and other permitted opportunities.

To maintain a safer and more useful marketplace, certain products, services, activities and types of content are prohibited or restricted.

This policy applies to listings, advertisements, profiles, messages, images, videos, business information and other content or activity associated with Jangala.

2. Illegal Goods & Activities

Users may not use Jangala to advertise, offer, sell, facilitate, promote or arrange transactions involving goods, services or activities that are illegal under applicable law.

7. Counterfeit, Fake & Infringing Goods

9. Personal & Sensitive Information

Users should not publish another person's sensitive personal information without lawful authority or consent.

• Private contact information published without authorization

Public business contact information may be permitted where it is legitimately provided for business purposes and does not violate applicable law.

Jangala prohibits unlawful trade in animals, wildlife or protected species.

Jangala may take action when content or activity violates this policy, the Terms & Conditions, applicable law or other platform rules.

• Permanently terminating an account
• Restricting specific platform features
• Investigating suspicious activity
• Reporting matters to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate

Jangala may take immediate action when reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, the platform or comply with legal obligations.

16. Reporting Prohibited Content

If you believe that a listing, account, message or other content violates this policy, you should report it through the reporting feature available on Jangala where such feature is provided.
