Jangala is operated by Jangala International, which is the legal business name associated with the Jangala brand and its operations.
Jangala may provide features and categories that allow users to:
- Buy and sell products
- Post free Ads
- Find and hire services
- Discover jobs and employment opportunities
- Explore vehicles
- Explore properties
- Discover businesses
- Communicate with other users where available
Features may vary by country, location, account type, category, availability and applicable laws.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into agreements under the laws applicable to you in order to use Jangala.
If you use Jangala on behalf of a company, organization or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that entity.
Certain features, categories or services may have additional age, identity or eligibility requirements.
4. User Accounts
Certain Jangala features may require you to create an account.
When creating or using an account, you agree to:

5. Listings, Ads & User Content

Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate the rights of others.
You must not publish content that is misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, harmful or otherwise prohibited by Jangala's policies.
Content Rights
By submitting content to Jangala, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to submit that content.
You retain ownership of content that you own. However, by submitting content, you grant Jangala the permissions reasonably necessary to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute and make that content available through the platform for operating, improving and promoting Jangala, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Listing Accuracy
Sellers, service providers, employers, property advertisers, vehicle owners and businesses are responsible for ensuring that their listings and information are accurate and not misleading.
6. Transactions Between Users
Jangala generally provides a platform through which users can discover and communicate with other users.
Unless Jangala expressly provides a specific transaction service, Jangala is generally not the:
- Seller or buyer
- Service provider or customer
- Employer or employee
- Landlord or tenant
- Property owner or buyer
- Vehicle owner or buyer
- Contracting party between users
Users are responsible for independently verifying the identity, ownership, condition, quality, legality, authenticity, availability and other relevant information relating to a transaction.
Jangala does not guarantee that a transaction between users will be completed, successful, safe, lawful or satisfactory.
7. Prohibited Activities
You must not use Jangala for activities that violate applicable laws, these Terms or Jangala's Prohibited Items & Content Policy.
Prohibited activities may include:
- Fraud, scams or deceptive activities
- Identity theft or impersonation
- Publishing materially false or misleading information
- Selling or promoting prohibited or unlawful goods or services
- Infringing copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights
- Harassment, threats or abusive conduct
- Spam or unauthorized commercial messaging
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Circumventing platform security or access controls
- Using Jangala for unlawful purposes

8. Paid Services, Promotions & Payments
Jangala may offer certain paid services in the future, including promotional listings, featured Ads, subscriptions, advertising services, payment-related services or other marketplace features.
Where a paid service is introduced, additional terms, pricing, payment conditions, refund rules or other requirements may apply.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a promotional or paid Jangala service does not guarantee a sale, customer, job, transaction, lead, ranking, visibility level or particular business outcome.
Where applicable, refunds and cancellations will be handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any service-specific terms.
9. Intellectual Property
Jangala, its branding, logos, trademarks, website design, software, original content, graphics, functionality and other proprietary materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, sell or otherwise exploit Jangala's proprietary materials without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by law.
User-generated content remains subject to the rights and permissions described in these Terms.
If you believe content available through Jangala infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact our compliance team.
10. Privacy
Your use of Jangala may involve the collection and processing of information as described in our Privacy Policy .
By using Jangala, you acknowledge that information may be processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and applicable law.
11. Platform Disclaimer
Jangala provides a marketplace platform and related tools. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jangala does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability or suitability of user- provided listings or information.
Jangala does not generally verify every listing, user, seller, buyer, service provider, employer, employee, property advertiser, vehicle owner or business.
Users should conduct their own due diligence before entering into a transaction or agreement.
Platform features may be changed, suspended, discontinued or modified from time to time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jangala International and Jangala will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from transactions, communications or agreements between users.
This may include, where legally permitted, losses arising from:
- Fraud or misconduct by another user
- Incorrect or misleading listings
- Product or service quality
- Failed transactions
- Property, vehicle or business information
- Employment arrangements
- User communications
- Unauthorized conduct by third parties
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Suspension & Termination
Jangala may, where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law, restrict, suspend or terminate access to an account, listing or feature where there is suspected fraud, abuse, security risk, policy violation, unlawful activity or other legitimate operational reason.
Users may stop using Jangala at any time.
Termination or suspension does not necessarily eliminate obligations that arose before termination.
14. Changes to These Terms
Jangala may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, services, legal requirements, security practices or business operations.
When appropriate, an updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of Jangala after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable laws governing the relationship between you and Jangala International, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable law.
Where Jangala operates in a particular country or jurisdiction, additional country-specific terms may apply where required.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
